5 – 6.15 pm A practical introduction to the rejuvenating “food” of Yoga. Holistic guidance to reset body and mind.
6.30 pm – 8 pm Meet, greet and connect over a wholesome welcome dinner.
3 days of daily itinerary.
13th – 15th March
6.30 – 8 am Sunrise Yoga Class
8.15 – 9 am Simple & Tasty Vegan breakfast
9-10 am Rest, Wander & Contemplate.
10 – 11.30 am Yoga Wisdom Circle. A yoga philosophy moment.
11.30 – 12 am The power of community: share whatever you have to share. Questions & Stories.
12 pm to 1 pm Vegan & Ayurvedic Lunch
1.15 – 2 pm Yoga Nidra for relaxation
2- 3.30 pm Free / Communal Time.
3.30 – 5 pm Upgrade your mindset.
5.15 – 6 pm Sunset Yoga class with Music
6-7 pm Well-balanced Vegan Dinner
7- 8 pm Join freely mantra chanting. Sing & Vibrate.
