We have carefully curated our yoga space to support your journey. This is more than just a space—it is a well-thought-out design for a deeply spiritual experience. As per the weather conditions we may choose to practice in our yoga garden surrounded by beautiful plants and trees or in our well equipped indoor yoga studio with temperature control. Like, on rainy or warmer days we would practice in our Yoga studio with soft, soothing walls and curtains. The indoor space is most beneficial to bring a sense of calm for meditation, allowing for a space of focused silence during your practice.
- Windows & Ventilation: Our Yoga room is well-ventilated, with large windows that open to views of lush trees, creating a peaceful and fresh environment for your daily practice.
- Comfort & Cleanliness: We prioritize cleanliness and a hygienic environment. Our space is cleaned daily, and the hall is designed to shield you from external disturbances such as mosquitoes.

Inspired by Buddhist values of love and compassion, we do not serve any animal products or intoxicants that disturb the mind. This mindful approach to dining fosters a true sense of community and connection as you share meals with your fellow students.

- Revitalizing Breakfast : The breakfast is a diverse and satisfying start to your day. Enjoy an abundance of freshly cooked Thai, Western & Fusion dishes and salads with our special dressings, a colorful selection of tropical fruits, and pure cold-pressed juices. In the breakfast we also offer creamy vegan yogurt, wholesome desserts, fresh veggies, nutritious grains and beans, soup. You’ll find healthy bread with homemade jams, comforting warm teas, and refreshing soy milk, muesli, and much more.
- Nourishing Lunch: Our beautifully prepared lunch features a special main dish designed to provide sustained energy and essential nutrients for the afternoon. We use freshly prepared tofu, coconut milk, mushrooms, and aromatic herbs in our curries.
