Our Blogs

Writing area here…..

Our co-founder, Jeenal Mehta, was born into a Bhakti Indian family where yoga was not just a practice, but a way of life. This profound foundation led her in her early twenties to study with her Gurus, the late Dr. Jayadev and Dr. Hansaji (who is now 78 years old), at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India. It was there she met her late husband and co-founder, Daniel Fonseca, from Brazil. Together, they shared a deep commitment: to bridge the gap between East and West by sharing the authentic and spiritual principles of ancient yoga with a modern sensibility, along with  a universal, non-competitive, open-minded, non-patriarchal, non-religious way of teaching of yoga, making it practical, accessible and meaningful for everyone.

A Note on Alternative Accommodations

To ensure every student can join our program, we have secured a limited number of beautiful alternative accommodations in the rare event that our on-site rooms are fully booked.

The alternative accommodations are simply a short, easy walk from our main venue. They are chosen for their standards of comfort and cleanliness, ensuring a peaceful retreat located just steps from your training venue.

You can feel confident that all of your training sessions and meals will still take place at the training venue. This thoughtful arrangement allows you to fully immerse yourself in your yoga journey without any hassle or inconvenience. You can enjoy the best of both worlds: world-class training and a truly authentic stay.
