In the commercialisation of yoga it becomes harder every day to find a training of this ancient and rich philosophy of substance. Over the past 10 years, I have had the fortune to learn from Jeenal Metha and Wise Living Yoga Academy, first through the initial certification of 200 hours and then extensively deepened my knowledge in the matter through a specialised module of the Science of Life, Ayurveda, another in Yoga for mental health as well as a focus only on yoga philosophy. Information is easily watered out when the steps away from the source increase so I am very lucky to have access to this Yoga School with a headmaster who is taught directly from the original teachings. Becoming a teacher in anything happens through our experience and dedication to what we teach but to have access to the foundations of what you teach can only happen when you choose your source wisely. I have been able to integrate these teachings not only in my work where I accompany patients to find balance in life, but first and foremost in my personal daily living. When you learn to “walk the talk”, what you teach becomes far more powerful.
