10 years ago, I was on a search to find a Yoga Teacher Training which was based on authenticity. After practicing Yoga for many years in Europe it felt that there is much more than asanas. I knew that once I hit the search on the internet I would get endless lists of Yoga courses and it would be tough to find the right one. Well, I was truly lucky to come across the Wise Living Yoga Academy website by Jeenal. Indeed there was something different, something deeper, a course which ticked all the boxes. Authentic, right balance between theory & practice, but above all, there was something special about Jeenal, actually not just a teacher but a teacher who lived and grew up in a Yogic lifestyle. I must say that I attended the first course and it remains the best experience I have had in my life. Indeed, I returned 2 years later and spent a whole year learning with Jeenal. I then completed the 300 hr and 500 hr Yoga Therapy. Jeenal is the teacher everyone must meet, to learn the true authentic knowledge of Yoga, she will not just teach but also guide to experience the true Yogic lifestyle!
