Not only that the place was beautiful and peaceful and the food was incredibly delicious and really made with love, but the course itself was really really special. The focus of the course was to learn, -besides the asanas, all kinds of tools which are applicable in daily life. Techniques that bring you to the here and now in any situation, in stress, anger or panic. And techniques that help you take control of the quality of your thoughts, no matter if it is your monkey mind or some negative thoughts related to your survival mechanisms. I have learned not only about a healthy, body and mind strengthening lifestyle, but also about how to change repeating negative patterns of the brain. Jeenal is an incredible person and teacher and I am very grateful to still learn from Jeenal.
