FAQs
What is advisable to wear for my Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand?
Any comfortable clothing like yoga pants and T-shirts would be ideal. Your clothes should be comfortable, simple, and non-restrictive. To suit the yoga practices and benefit the entire class, please avoid anything that is distracting, body-competitive, skimpy, too tight, or overly fancy. This encourages students to maintain simplicity and connect inwards for a deeper focus.
What is the weather like during a Yoga Teacher Training in Chiang Mai?
The weather in Chiang Mai, Thailand is generally pleasant.
- Rainy Season (June – September): Warm days with refreshing showers, typically lasting about an hour or two. The weather is pleasant and everything looks greener and fresh. It stops raining in October.
- Cool Season (November- March): This is a mild and sunny winter period. You might need a light jacket for early mornings. January is the coolest month. In March the days will start to get more warm.
- Hot Season (April-May): Days can be hot, but all of our rooms, including the yoga studio, are temperature-controlled for your comfort.
What should we carry along for the course?
Please carry a mosquito repellent, a torch, and a raincoat or umbrella. You must also bring your original passport and two passport size photographs for your certificate and registration. A copy of your passport is required for submission.
Are there towels and bathroom amenities?
Yes, we provide towels including shampoo, soap, bathrobes, hair-dryer. We are a 4-Star Resort having all quality amenities in your room including a hot water kettle. Please click here, on accommodation & facilities to know more
How is the food that is served?
The food served is whole plant based vegan. It is delicious, and nutritious, cooked with love and care by our local Thai chef. This diet is a key part of the experience during your Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand. Please click here, on Food to know more
Are there any prerequisites for this course?
No, all are welcome. However, you should not be suffering from any physical/mental serious illness. If you have any health issues, let us know in advance before registering.
What are the rules to be followed during the course?
It is mandatory for all participants to stay at the resort. You are not allowed to go out for late nights or stay overnight outside. You are welcome to go out during the daytime on free days. The consumption of alcohol, drugs, psychedelics, tobacco, cigarettes, and any animal foods (including eggs, dairy, and fish) is not permitted. This is for the benefit of all participants, allowing you to experience a complete yoga lifestyle with deep cleansing and changes at all levels of your personality.
